This one isn't so simple to assemble, as Zoarcid really only clicks if we can enchant something with burn or find a skill helping us in that department. Plus, if you can't get your hands on Tortuga, Pufferfish is definately not enough with Mak and Pygmalien healing themselves for a ton.
